استقبل السيد وزير الشباب والثقافة والتواصل محمد المهدي بنسعيد، الخميس 11 نونبر 2021، بالرباط، رئيس والأمين العام للاتحاد الإفريقي للشباب.

وخلال هذا الاستقبال، جدد السيد بنسعيد انخراط المملكة المغربية في جعل العمل المشترك مع دول القارة الأفريقية محورا أساسيا في سياسة المملكة الخارجية. واعتبارا للمجهودات المبذولة من طرف المغرب على المستويات الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية لفائدة الشباب الإفريقي، باعتباره أحد أهم العناصر الرئيسية لضمان مسار التنمية المستدامة بالقارة الإفريقية، ووعيا منها بأن سلامة و ازدهار الأمم والشعوب يستلزم الاستثمار الأمثل في مستقبل الأجيال القادمة من خلال العمل على تثمين الرصيد المعرفي الذي يزخر به شباب القارة الإفريقية، ترحب المملكة المغربية بقرار المجلس التنفيذي للاتحاد الإفريقي للشباب الصادر في العاشر من نونبر 2020، والقاضي بنقل مقره المركزي إلى المغرب.

في هذا الإطار، وتماشيا مع أهداف الاتحاد الإفريقي للشباب الرامية إلى تعزيز مبادئه وقيمه، خاصة تلك المتعلقة بالسلم والديمقراطية والتنمية المستدامة من أجل تحقيق التكامل الإفريقي، تم التوقيع على اتفاق إحداث مقر الاتحاد الإفريقي للشباب، وذلك بحضور السيد محمد المهدي بنسعيد وزير الشباب والثقافة والتواصل، والسيد أليو أمارو رئيس الاتحاد الإفريقي للشباب، والسيد سليمان ساتيغي سيديبي الأمين العام للاتحاد الإفريقي للشباب.

Considérant les efforts déployés par le Maroc aux niveaux national, régional et international au profit de la jeunesse africaine, comme étant l'un des éléments essentiels garantissant la voie du développement durable du continent africain, et conscient du fait que la sécurité et la prospérité des nations et des peuples nécessitent un investissement optimal dans l'avenir des générations futures en œuvrant à la valorisation du corpus de connaissances dont regorge la jeunesse du continent africain, le Royaume du Maroc se félicite de la décision du Conseil Exécutif de l'Union Panafricaine de la Jeunesse amendée le 10 novembre 2020, prévoyant le transfert de son siège central au Maroc.

Dans ce sens, et conformément aux missions de l'Union Panafricaine de la Jeunesse visant à promouvoir ses valeurs et ses principes, notamment ceux liés à la paix, à la démocratie et au développement durable en vue de réaliser l'intégration africaine, le siège du Ministère de la Jeunesse, de la Culture et de la Communication a abrité le jeudi 11 novembre 2021, la cérémonie de signature de l'Accord de Siège de l'Union Panafricaine de la Jeunesse, en présence deM. Mohammed Mehdi BENSAID Ministre de la Jeunesse, de la Culture et de la Communication, de M.Aliou OUMAROU Président de l’Union Panafricaine de la Jeunesse, et de M.SouleymanSatigui SIDIBE Secrétaire Général de l’Union Panafricaine de la Jeunesse.

Considering the efforts made by Morocco at the national, regional and international levels for the benefit of African youth, as being one of the essential elements guaranteeing thesustainable path of development of the African continent, and being aware of the fact that the security and the prosperity of nations and peoples requires optimal investment in the future of the forthcoming generations by enhancing theabounding body of knowledge of the youth of the African continent, the Kingdom of Morocco welcomes the decision of the Executive Council of the Pan-African Youth Union issued on November 10th, 2020, to transfer its headquarters to Morocco.

In this sense, and in accordance with the missions of the Pan-African Youth Union aimed at promoting its values ​​and principles, in particular those related to peace, to democracy and to sustainable development in order to achieve African integration, the headquarters of the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication, held on Thursday November 11th, 2021, the signing ceremony of the Headquarters Agreement of the Pan-African Youth Union, in the presence of Mr. Mohammed Mehdi BENSAID Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication, of Mr. Aliou OUMAROU President of the Pan-African Youth Union, and of Mr. SouleymanSatigui SIDIBE General Secretary of the Pan-African Youth Union.
